WELCOME TO MY CAMP!
As you can see,if you've been here before,there have been some changes. Pineywoods
Buckskinners had their first Rendezvous of the season. Lots of things happened not the
least of which I got a new name.I like to dutch oven cook,so Friar Tuck and Billy Wolf
decided a name change was in order. I'm such it took a great deal of soul searching but
they finely came up with Dutch.I believe that's the only one they could think of that was
fit to use around women and children.
Well like I said we have our first Rendezvous and it was a good one. Lots of hawk and knife
throw'in, rifle shoot'in, and fire start'in. We have blanket prizes and this child got a
fine turtle shell to put on my beaver hat.Saturday night we had a Potluck Supper(that's
what got me that new name) and later a camp fire. Now a camp fire may sound like kids
stuff-----but not at Pineywoods. You see we are a family club. At our camp fires you don't
have to be good just enthusiastic also loud helps! Man can we murder a song, if we
don't know the words we just make them up as we go along.
